I first met Phoebe when I was considering renting my home. Later I changed my mind, and decided to sell. While any sales process can be daunting, I have appreciated Phoebe’s comprehensive, exhaustive knowledge of the industry, that she keeps track of trends, can at any time tell you what’s up in your market and why your house is or isn’t getting attention. She manages others’ emotionality with aplomb. She also has plenty of local resources including contractors who come in handy when we need repairs, movers, groundskeeping and upkeep. She has been consistently cheerful, always very fair, and I would (and already have) referred her in a heartbeat. As I leave Colorado after fifty years, I am convinced that my sales process was handled by an absolute pro who was delightful to deal with. If news is bad, she doesn’t sugarcoat; but she is never without solutions and Plans B, C ,and D. Highly recommended. I would trust her with any transaction.

We had to sell our house during COVID-19, not an ideal time. Phoebe took the fear away and replaced it with knowledgeable facts, positivity and encouragement. Our home sold on the first day of listing for our asking price. The entire process was smooth and uncomplicated. Any issues we had with the buyer were negotiated in our favor, by Phoebe, before we even knew there was an issue. It was the easiest house sale process we have ever been through. Most of all, I loved that Phoebe wasn’t pushy or artificial in her dealings with us. Honesty and integrity all the way!
